As the number of templates in your template set grows you will want to rename, export or delete some of them. To do this go to the template tab of the explorer. Select the template the you want to manage and right click to bring up the context menu.

The indicated items are for template management. The others are for running a report in the various supported formats.
If you want to copy reports from one template set to another, then you export them into a file, that can be imported into another template set.
Note: The schema of the exporting and the importing template set must be compatible. If they are not identical, ReportWeaver will automatically evolve the imported reports to the new schema.
To export, select export templates... from the file menu. This pops up the export wizard:
To import, select import templates... from the file menu. This pops up the file chooser, were you can select the file to import.
Note:If the imported templates use named styles which already exist in the importing template set, then the imported styles will be overridden by the existing styles. Named styles that do not exist in the importing template set, will be added.
To export, select export styles... from the file menu. This pops up the file chooser to select a file were all named styles will be stored.
To import, select import styles... from the file menu. This pops up the file chooser, were you can select the file to import. In this case imported named styles will override existing styles.
